I think I’ll start posting some of my dorky fantasy fiction up here in hopes that people will read it and tell me how I suck (so that I can practice not-sucking better).
I’ve been writing little “slice of life” sorts of things for the setting I’ve been developing, so I particularly would be interested to know whether things I write are giving a sense of what the characters are like, what the environment is like, how things work, what sort of cultures there are, and so forth.
If anybody’s reading this or following the RSS feed, the first storytime posting will be Real Soon Now (probably tonight). These will nearly always be quite short, just a few minutes of reading at most, though there will likely be some longer ones eventually.
